Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

•     . Refunds must be requested within 3 days of the initial payment.
•     . Partial refunds may be provided if work has already started.
•     . No refunds after the MVP has been delivered as per the agreed scope.

2. Non-Refundable Items

•     . Third-party costs (e.g., domain registrations, hosting, software licenses).
•     . Completed design or development work.
•     . Change of mind after significant progress has been made.

3. Requesting a Refund

    . To request a refund, email [email protected]. Requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days.

4. Modifications & Revisions

    . We offer two rounds of revisions. Additional changes may be billed separately.

5. Disputes

    . We will work with you to find a fair resolution in case of service quality concerns.
